Natalie Steigmann-Gall is a painter working at the intersection of art, elder care and social research. She uses an expressionist combination of materials to engage portraiture and cityscape through the lens of social theory, creating interpretations of the home, the subway, the street, and other complex interpersonal arenas. Her recent body of work explores the complexities of the world of caregiving. She graduated with her B.F.A. in painting and drawing from Ohio State University in December of 2020. 

Natalie’s work has been exhibited in five states and appears in private and corporate collections across the country. She was featured in the solo show Significant Gestures at Hayley Gallery in New Albany, Ohio and the two-person show If I Had the Words at Established Gallery in Brooklyn, New York. Recent group shows include the 5th edition of the Every Woman Biennial in Manhattan, and the national juried show 13th Annual Figurative Drawing and Painting Exhibition at Lore Degenstein Gallery in Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania.

Natalie was born in Toronto, Ontario and currently lives and works in Queens, New York.
